GRAB
Colin is trying to comfort his pregnant wife, Lisa, who can't cope since he left her but although he's sitting opposite her, he's actually dead, and she can't hear him.
SYNOPSIS
Lisa is pregnant, and distraught that her husband, Colin, has passed away leaving her alone and unable to cope.
The dialogue in the scene is, at first, seemingly a two-sided conversation with Lisa talking to the memory of her husband, and Colin answering her. But although Colin is actually sitting opposite her, trying desperately to comfort her, she can't hear him.
When Lisa reaches for her sleeping tablets, Colin knows he has to draw on a higher power to stop her taking them. Finally, he begs that higher power to help him just this once, "then I'm yours".
As Lisa starts to take the tablets, Colin is able to create a force that smashes the pills and glass from Lisa's hand. Only then, does Lisa believe that Colin will look over her and the baby, and when she feels his arms around her, she knows she's going to be ok.
