GRAB:
Anna and Daniel return from a disastrous dinner where she met his parents for the first time, and where - to start with - his father called her a whore.
SYNOPSIS:
Anna and her almost-fiance, Daniel, come home from a dinner with his parents. A dinner that started badly and got worse with each passing moment.
Anna is furious that Daniel's father called her a whore, and Daniel didn't stand up for her. He says it would've only made matters worse. She then tells Daniel that while they were waiting for him to park the car, his mother basically called her a prostitute. He is shocked at that, but says that if he rocks the boat too much he'll miss out on his inheritance, but Anna doesn't care about that.
Anna is upset that she spent two weeks' wages on her dress for tonight and resents being called a golddigger.
Their whole argument is accompanied by their nightly routine of PJ's, bed socks and cleansing and moisturising. Anna points out that this is their real relationship - relaxed, easy, 50/50. He says he'll talk to them about everything including the Pre-Nup they want her to sign.
He confesses they're narrow-minded, bigoted. Anna is then shocked to find out Daniel hadn't told them that she was (to suit the actor) of a different colour, religion or ethnicity than he and his family.
